It’s been a long time since my last update. And there is a reason for it. I’ve been in the background…
Let me explain.
Over the past year, we’ve been pushing this information on how to take control of your thyroid and start living a healthier life without the medications and frustrations that so many of you experience.
I’ve spoken with many of you who’ve gone through the program and there are two major factors that continue to be an issue that prevents people from completely taking control of their health.
First is their weight. They KNOW that weight is a problem and they just can’t seem to get control of the weight. They’ve done “EVERYTHING” they can to take the weight off, but it just doesn’t go away.
Since this is a MAJOR factor for most people in our program, I’ve been searching for ways to help people understand that THIS PROGRAM helps you lose weight the RIGHT way and teaches you how to control your weight in the LONG RUN. Often our members are losing 15-20 lbs in the first month of our 3 month program and are well on their way, or are AT their goal weight by the end of the three months!!!
The trouble is there are SOOOOOO many weight loss programs out there, I didn’t want to be lost in the shuffle. You see, this is a LIFE program, and when you are able to get control of YOUR HEALTH, you are able to get to YOUR HEALTHY WEIGHT FAST!!!
So, I’ve been trying to find a way to talk about weight loss/control – without sounding like another run of the mill weight loss program.
Secondly, most people are unwilling or unable to commit their time to this program. We have had people in our program for years and they have found that this lifestyle program is easy to fit in their normal routines, but NO ONE wants to commit to a lifetime program – they want results FAST – and if possible RIGHT NOW!!!
So we’ve modified our 3 month program to create a 6 week FAST START PROGRAM. For those of you that are unable to commit to 3 months, you can start the program for the 6 week Quick Start! I would LOVE to say that everyone is “healthy” in 6 weeks, but the reality is that everyone is “healthier” in 6 weeks, so many people are able to get their lives back under control and are better able to handle the issues that they are dealing with.
Now, I’ve also need to say that MOST people who complete the 6 week program choose to continue through the next few weeks to complete the entire 3 month protocol, but there are those for whom the 6 week program is just enough to get them back on the track that they were looking for.
I need to specify that this program is still DOCTOR DIRECTED…so you’re still getting a physician’s customized plan for your 6 weeks, so this is still a SPECIALIZED PROGRAM.
