What Pieces Am I Missing

So the truth that we see is that even with the best intentions, most of the time, there are “pieces” of their health history that are missing, and without understanding those pieces, you will never lose the weight.

So this is one of the primary reasons we take the time to sit down and discuss a person’s history.

If you can determine what pieces are missing, you can put together a program that helps a person get their health back.

We’ve had people lose 10 -15 lbs in the first 4 weeks of our programs.  Although this may not seem like much, this start helps people begin to lost the weight that hasn’t come off any other way.
